ISI REFUND POLICY(expand)

By registering for an ISI course, the student and payer agree to this refund policy. Refund eligibility is based on the number of calendar days between the enrollment date and the official course drop date.

  • ISI courses are fully refundable  when dropped within 21 days (except registration fee).*
  • ISI courses are 50% refundable  when dropped within 22-45 days (except registration fee).*
  • ISI courses are non-refundable after 45 days.
  • ISI courses are non-refundable once the course has been completed.

* Students submitting assignments before officially dropping the course will be charged $25 per assignment submission to cover the time instructors spend grading.

Approved refunds will be credited using the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

The payer is responsible for understanding this policy, all payment obligations, and any fees or collection costs associated with unpaid balances.

Courses dropped before a final grade is issued do not appear on the student's academic transcript, and no permanent academic record will be created.
