Course Description

This course is designed for educational leaders, teachers, and staff to gain the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to lead school and/or district level improvement within the context of each site. Students will participate as an active member of the School Leadership Team, Improvement Team, and/or Action Committee. Improvement occurs when schools identify and implement changes to practice that result in improved student outcomes. The four goals of this work will be focused on continuous school improvement, building leadership capacity, high student achievement for all, and sustainability.
