Course Exchange Request Form

Please read the following information in its entirety before filling out the form.

• If a course does not meet your needs, you can exchange one course for another within 45 days of registration.
• One exchange per registration is allowed.
• The initial course completion date will not change (one calendar year from the original registration date).
• A nonrefundable $30 fee must be paid when exchanging a course.
• If the new course carries more credit than the original course, there is a charge for the additional credits or difference in fees.
• If the new course carries less credit than the original course, the difference will be refunded according to the refund schedule.
• Submit an ISI Support Request to exchange 500-level courses.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click Apply Now to begin.
2. Login to Keep Learning if you're not already. See login help if needed.
3. Your Keep Learning profile will be displayed, click Continue Checkout to continue.
4. Click Start to open the form.
5. Fillout the required fields, and press Submit Application.
