How to get a course transcript?

1. LOGIN
   
   To get your unofficial continuing education transcript login to https://keeplearning.uidaho.edu by clicking Login in the upper corner then Student Login.
   
   If you do not remember how to login, please see these instructions
   
   
2. DOWNLOAD TRANSCRIPT
   
   Once you have logged in, click on My Enrollment History then the Completed tab.
   
   Clicking on the Print Transcript button will download a PDF copy of your transcript.
   
   

Not seeing a grade?

If you do not see anything or are missing courses in your Completed Courses, then the grades have not been finalized yet. Once grades are finalized, they will move from the Enrolled Tab into the Completed tab and show a final grade on your transcript.

Are transcripts free?

Yes, unofficial transcripts are free and available when your grade is submitted.

Do these transcripts show degree-seeking courses?

No, transcripts on Keep Learning Will NOT reflect undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking courses.

Historical Transcripts

Please note that professional development credits received through the University of Idaho Marketplace must be requested through the Registrar's Office. To request a transcript, please visit the Registrar's Office Transcript site.
