Keep Learning Idaho Course Transcripts
Professional Development Courses
Were you enrolled in a PD course before January 1, 2024?
If so, request your transcripts from the Registrar's Office.
Or, were you enrolled in a PD course after January 1, 2024
Keep Learning Idaho Transcripts for Professional Development courses are considered Official Transcripts from the University of Idaho and have been approved by the Idaho State Department of Education.
To download your course transcript, login to Keep Learning Idaho:
- LOGIN
Go to https://keeplearning.uidaho.edu
Click Login, then Student Login.

- DOWNLOAD TRANSCRIPT
Once you have logged in to your Student Profile, click on My Enrollment History then the Completed tab.
Clicking on the Print Transcript button will download a PDF copy of your transcript.

Note transcripts can take up to TWO weeks to process.

- REQUEST TRANSCRIPT
Once you have logged in, click on Transcript Request.
Click Add to Cart.
Fill in the number of desired copies, the shipping address, and your course number(s).
Click Add to Cart again.
Click Checkout.
An email service is not currently available for Keep Learning Idaho course transcripts. You can however download a transcript PDF and email it yourself, or request that a transcript be mailed to the destination of your choice.
Independent Study in Idaho Courses
To download a PDF that may be used for Course Enrollment Verification login to Keep Learning Idaho:

Transcript FAQ
Not seeing a grade?
If you do not see anything or are missing courses in your Completed Courses there are a couple of possibilities:
- The grades may not have been finalized yet. Contact your instructor to confirm. Once grades are finalized, they will move from the Enrolled Tab into the Completed tab and show a final grade on your transcript.
- Confirm that you're logging in with the same email account that you registered for the course with.
- Professional development credits received before January 1, 2024, must be requested through the Registrar's Office. To request a transcript, please visit the Registrar's Office Transcript site.
Are these transcripts FREE?
Yes, transcripts downloaded from Keep Learning Idaho are free and available when your grade is submitted.
Do these transcripts show degree-seeking courses?
No, transcripts on Keep Learning Will NOT reflect undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking courses.
