Course Description

The main goal of this course is to reflect upon what you have learned from the IETA Ed Tech Conference and how it may impact your personal growth as an educator.  

This course is designed to prepare you for and assist you with integrating technology in your K-12 classroom. The assignment for the course is an extension of the content that you learned during the in-person professional development training. All technology integration plans introduced in this course will incorporate ISTE Standards for Educators, Universal Design for Learning, and Danielson’s Framework for Teaching.

Learner Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

1.  Summarize the main takeaways from attending IETA Ed Tech Conference.

2.  Discuss how your experience at IETA Ed Tech Conference impacted your personal growth as an educator.

Prerequisites

Participants of this course will attend at least 15 hours of the IETA Ed Tech Conference.

Grades will be Pass/Fail based on the following:

1. Attend the IETA 2026 Ed Tech Conference from February 4th to 6th

2. Complete the Google Form (https://forms.gle/q68mzHTpSjwf6YNP8) to summarize the main takeaways and impact on personal growth.   

A Passing grade requires 60% of possible points for the course.
